Our mission is simple: deliver the best brisket and pulled pork at events across the Midwest — especially fly-ins, airshows, and EAA gatherings. We’re fully mobile and can serve over 1,000 people a day with our trailer and custom food tent. Our setup only requires 120v power and is perfect for multi-day events like EAA AirVenture, where we hope to serve in Camp Scholler near Red One Southwest Market — an area we know needs more food options. We also support the aviation community beyond meals. Our team offers our facility for EAA chapter breakfasts, supplying the equipment and coordination so more chapters can get involved. Come hungry.
